The full picture, so the first answer is a useful one

This form takes about five minutes. The detail you give here is what lets us respond with something more substantial than 'it depends' — and it saves a round of questions later.

01How we reach you
02The property

A nearest intersection is fine at this stage. We need it to work out travel and access.

03The project

A range helps us propose something realistic. 'Not sure yet' is a perfectly good answer and will not affect how we respond.

Rough wall lengths and ceiling height are genuinely useful. We take proper measurements ourselves, so approximate is fine.

What the space is now, what you want it to do, anything already decided — appliances, finishes, other trades involved.

Wide shots of the whole room are more useful than close-ups. Include anything awkward.

Anything you have saved that shows the direction you like.

After you send it

What actually happens

  1. 01

    We read it properly

Including the photographs. Not a template reply, and not a call from someone who has not looked.

  2. 02

We come back within a business day

With questions if the detail raises them, or with a proposed next step if it does not.

  3. 03

    We measure the space

In person or by video call, whichever you asked for. Free, and no obligation.

  4. 04

You get drawings and a written scope

Listing every cabinet and its size. The quotation is based on that document, so you can see exactly what you are buying.
