You lead the design; we execute it. Shop drawings for your review, site verification before manufacturing, and coordination with the trades either side of us.

We work to the construction programme, attend site meetings where useful, and provide the documentation your consultant needs for review.

As the whole cabinetry package
Where you would rather hand the cabinetry over entirely, we take it from measurement through to a signed-off deficiency list.

What trades usually ask us
Will you work to our drawings and specification?
Yes. On designer-led projects that is the normal arrangement — we execute your drawings, produce shop drawings for your review before manufacturing, and coordinate with the other trades on your schedule. We do not try to redesign what you have specified.
Do you produce shop drawings?
On commercial projects, always. On residential projects we produce a dimensioned elevation set and a written scope as standard, and full shop drawings where the project or the consultant requires them.
How do you handle site verification?
We measure the built condition before manufacturing rather than working from the architectural set. Framed walls end up somewhere slightly different from where they were drawn, and millwork is the least forgiving element on any site.
Can you work to our programme rather than ours?
That is the point. We schedule installation against your trade sequence, and we will tell you honestly at the outset if a date is not achievable rather than agreeing to it and slipping. Millwork lands late in the sequence, so it absorbs every earlier delay — building float in at the start protects everybody.
Do you offer trade pricing?

Can you work after hours or in occupied spaces?
Where the building requires it, yes. Occupied offices, retail units and condominium common areas often restrict work to evenings or weekends. It affects the cost and should be established at quotation rather than negotiated later.
Who is actually on site?
Installers we work with regularly, coordinated by us. We are the design, sales and project-coordination company and we work with local manufacturing and installation partners rather than owning a facility. We think being clear about that is better than implying otherwise — and it means one person stays accountable to you throughout.
